Brora Bed and Breakfast Accommodation

Inverbrora Farmhouse, Sutherland

Ideally located on the A9, just south of Brora this Farmhouse Bed and Breakfast is based only one hour from Inverness and convenient for all the Ferries to the famous historic and archaeologically rich Orkney Isles.

A warm welcome awaits you at this unusual but charming example of a Georgian Farmhouse (built in 1822), in a quiet location between the River Brora and the North Sea.

This luxurious bed and breakfast is at the centre of a working livestock farm run by the accommodation owners, Malcolm and Sally McCall.

This beautiful section of the East Sutherland Coast is a perfect place for touring the North exploring the many attractions, DunrobinCastle is only 2 miles south, Clynelish Distillery is only 1 mile north, sandy beaches ½ a mile and the famous Brora Links Golf Course is just 1 mile across Brora (rated in the UK’s top 100).

Golspie Golf Course is 4 miles away and Royal Dornoch Links Golf is 10 miles away. There are many other activities supported in the local area from horse riding and fishing to walking the glens spotting wildlife and birds to the more energetic pastimes including mountain biking and surfing, sharing the seaside with the seals and even the occasional bottlenose dolphin that visits our shores from time to time.

The accommodation, Inverbrora Farmhouse itself has been carefully modernised while retaining all original features. It has 1 family room suitable for 2 adults and 2 children with ensuite bathroom, 1 double with shared bathroom and one twin ensuite on the ground floor.
